    Abstract: 隨著圖書館邁入資訊服務的新紀元,館員角色亦從傳統被動地位轉變為積極主動的資訊中介者。此即意味著館員與讀者之間的互動關係將愈形密切,因此「溝通」技術成為現代館員所不可或缺的能力之一。本文旨在剖析溝通的意義、組成要素、模式、方式及特性,並探討溝通障礙的原因及其解決之道,進而建議訓練館員溝通能力之途徑。
    With the ushering of the new information era, librarians have become positive agents rather than the traditionally passive library workers. That means the relationships between the librarians and the readers have become closer than ever. Therefore, the “communication” techniques turn out to be an essential capability of modern librarians. This article will analyze the causes of the difficulties in the communication and the solutions for the problems. And there are proposals for the training of the communication ability on the part of librarians.
