    Title: 開發中國家企業的國際化及其資源累積--以聯想集團與吉利集團為例

    Abstract: 本論文主要探討開發中國家多國企業國際化行為及其資源累積的過程,採個案研究方法。研究選取聯想集團及吉利集團兩家企業作為例子,搜集次級資料,介紹其國際化歷程,分析及對比其國際化的方式,為中國等開發中國家的企業提供國際化的經驗借鑒。本論文驗證了兩家企業的國際化動機符合跳板觀點,國際化過程中企業為了獲取戰略性資產而進行國際化,但因面臨的競爭劣勢不同,所需要獲得的迫切性資源不同。兩家企業國際化所採取的方式符合生產折衷理論(LLL)理論,在國際化能力升級的過程中將國際聯結後獲得的資源槓桿化,並通過反復實踐併購等方式學習營運和管理知識。同時,併購作為對外直接投資的主要方式,學習效果受其資源累積程度的影響,高議價能力有利於資源獲取和利用,提升學習效果。最後,資源累積程度影響企業國際化的戰略佈局,企業通過國際化獲取資應用的目標市場可能是母國市場,因此採取不同的國際化路徑選擇。為了獲得較好的學習效果,開發中國家多國企業國際化過程的資源累積需要與其戰略相匹配。
