Title:	銀行兼業保險經紀人或保險代理人業務對銀行保險市場影響分析

Abstract:	2015年2月立法院通過保險法修正，開放銀行得透過成立保險部門方式辦理保險代理人與保險經紀人業務。本研究透過不同角度分析修法後對於銀行保險業務各方利害關係人之影響。若銀行設立保經或保代部門之後，保險公司將因交易成本降低對其經營有利，銀行則有減少稅負支出及降低個人資料使用限制的優勢，但需直接負擔保險通路銷售法律責任，而對於銀行與原有保經或保代子公司，則將面臨去留與整併的衝擊，且對既有員工就業權益影響較大，在消費者權益保障則有顯著提升。對於銀行應設立保經或保代部門，建議應給予銀行選擇空間。
