    Abstract: 政府在處理核電廠除役的過程中，需要同時討論核廢料安全、核廢料選址公投、核能相關專業技術人才發展、以及整體能源政策等。由於不同利害關係人的意見與立場多元，政府應運用不同的溝通策略，並需考量區域與方法上的區分。然而，在過去的研究中，雖然發現原住民、不同性別和不同世代間對核能政策的態度及風險認知上的差異，卻沒有說明何謂有效的政策溝通。因此，本計畫在個人決策風格模式理論、風險認知理論、溝通策略理論的基礎上，針對全國民眾及核電廠周邊的原住民區域採用電話民調，來了解個人決策風格、風險感知、傳播媒介偏好、以及核能相關政策的知識程度。藉由評估核電廠除役和原能相關政策的傳播策略及效果，提出有效的政策溝通建議。
