Abstract:	本計畫為因應氣候變遷及土地利用制度轉變下產業用地之脆弱度評估、韌性分析與風險治理策略研究，藉由脆弱度、韌性評估、風險治理等災害理論，並結合跨域治理相關理論，研提國土計畫下產業用地防護應變措施及調適策略，將可作為未來強化產業用地防救災功能與機制之參考，且補強關鍵基礎設施防護研究，以及強化管理部門、企業、第三部門之調適能力。
