    摘要: 基於全球氣候暖化現象日益嚴重，國際間對節能減碳或｢碳中和」的議題亦日趨重視。在不動產生命週期中，自規劃設計、原料來源、生產及使用等過程中之碳排放量約佔總排放量之1/3，本計畫擬先探討生命週期之各層級下影響碳排放量之各因素，對專家進行問卷後，再以層級分析法(AHP)比較排序；其次以平衡計分卡對較重要之因素設計一套可供政府參考之管理架構，未來即可落實在不動產相關產業及使用上之碳中和管理。成果不僅可供政府及實務界與使用者在政策及實務決策參考，也可讓國際間看到台灣之政府及不動產業者對碳中和目標之努力與成效，研究結果也將在國內、國際之研討會及期刊發表，對學術及實務應用價值也有顯著之貢獻。
