Abstract: | 本研究探討自創職涯圖卡《職涯之鏡》在職涯輔導中的應用方式與意義建構歷程。鑑於目前常見職涯相關牌卡多以文字為主,較少針對職涯議題所設計的圖像化工具,研究者開發了52張圖卡以引導使用者投射與敘說職涯經驗。本研究採質性研究法,透過一次性圖卡探索活動與焦點團體訪談,蒐集三位具職涯探索需求的參與者,以及兩位曾使用《職涯之鏡》職涯圖卡的諮商心理師的使用經驗與回饋。研究目的包含:(1)探討自創職涯圖卡在職涯輔導中的應用方式與歷程;(2)了解使用者以《職涯之鏡》職涯圖卡進行職涯探索的經驗與回饋,並分析其對個人職涯發展的影響;(3)探討諮商心理師如何評估職涯圖卡在職涯輔導中的使用狀況,並分析其在實務應用上的可能性與限制。研究結果指出,圖卡的開放性與象徵性促進自我投射、敘說與反思,支持使用者整合經驗、深化自我理解並規劃未來方向。本研究亦整理出圖卡使用的歷程階段,並從敘事與後結構觀點,分析其促發主體性與意義建構的功能。 This study explores the application and meaning-making process of a self-created set of career projective cards, Mirror of Life, in career counseling. While most career tools in Taiwan are text-based, few visual tools are designed specifically for career issues. To address this gap, the researcher developed 52 visual cards to support users in projecting and narrating their career experiences. Using a qualitative research approach, the study collected feedback through one-time card exploration activities and a focus group interview. Participants included three individuals with career exploration needs, as well as two counseling psychologists who had used the cards and participated in the focus group. The study aimed to: (1) explore how the cards are applied and experienced in career counseling; (2) understand users’ experiences and outcomes; and (3) examine how counseling psychologists evaluate the cards’ use and potential in practice. Findings show that the cards’ openness and symbolism foster self-projection, storytelling, and reflection, helping users integrate experiences, deepen self-understanding, and envision future paths. The study also outlines stages in the card usage process and, drawing on narrative and post-structuralist perspectives, analyzes how the cards support agency and meaning construction. |
