    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討新竹市公立國中教師之校長僕人領導、教師工作投入與教師情緒勞務的相互影響關係,並了解教師情緒勞務是否在國中教師知覺校長僕人領導對其工作投入之關係具中介效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,問卷內容為自編之「國中教師情緒勞務量表」、「國中教師工作投入量表」及「國中校長僕人領導量表」,以新竹市公立國中教師為研究對象,並採用方便抽樣,最終總計回收共229份有效問卷。
    接著,根據受試者的填答結果,經由T考驗、單因子變異數分析與薛佛事後比較法、相關分析及多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析歸納後,本研究之主要研究結果如下:
    一、國中教師在知覺校長僕人領導、教師工作投入與教師情緒勞務的現狀表現皆在平均之上。
    二、不同服務年資及學校規模之國中教師在知覺校長僕人領導的表現存在顯著差異;不同背景變項之國中教師在教師工作投入與教師情緒勞務的表現均無顯著差異。
    三、國中教師知覺校長僕人領導、教師工作投入與教師情緒勞務,三者之間倆倆呈現顯著正相關。
    四、國中教師知覺校長僕人領導對教師工作投入具有顯著的正向預測力。
    五、國中教師情緒勞務在國中教師知覺校長僕人領導對其工作投入之關係中具有部分中介效果。
    最終,本研究根據研究結果提出相關的建議,期望對教育現場的教師、校長及未來的研究,能有實務上的幫助。
    This study aimed to examine the interrelationships among principals’ servant leadership, teachers’ work engagement, and teachers’ emotional labor in public
    junior high schools in Hsinchu City. In particular, it investigated whether teachers’ emotional labor mediates the relationship between their perception of principals’ servant leadership and their work engagement. A questionnaire survey method was employed, utilizing self-developed instruments: the "Junior High School Teachers’ Emotional Labor Scale," the "Teachers’ Work Engagement Scale," and the "Principals’ Servant Leadership Scale." The participants were public junior high school teachers in Hsinchu City, selected through convenience sampling. A total of 229 valid responses were collected.
    Data were analyzed using statistical methods including t-tests, one-way ANOVA with Scheffé post hoc tests, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The main findings of the study are as follows:
    1.Teachers' perceptions of principals’ servant leadership, their work engagement, and their emotional labor were all above average.
    2.Significant differences were found in teachers’ perceptions of principals’ servant leadership based on years of service and school size. However, no significant differences were observed in teachers’ work engagement or emotional labor across different background variables.
    3.Significant positive correlations were found among principals’ servant leadership, teachers’ work engagement, and emotional labor.
    4.Principals’ servant leadership significantly and positively predicted teachers’ work engagement.
    5.Teachers’ emotional labor partially mediated the relationship between their perception of principals’ servant leadership and their work engagement.
    Based on these findings, this study offers practical recommendations for teachers, principals, and future researchers, aiming to contribute to improvements in the educational field.
