    Abstract: 本研究計劃探討聘僱成本對於就業在景氣循環週期的波動程度所產生的影響，聘僱成本常被視為勞工保護政策的一項具體措施，但其對於就業與勞動工時的效果在文獻上仍未被充分探討，透過理論的分析，我們嘗試對勞動政策以及以穩定就業為目標的貨幣政策提出進一步的政策評估。
