Abstract:	原住民族法律論述之理論基礎具有高度的國際共通性與學術發展性，本研究預期可以產生如下的貢獻：(1)整理當代台灣原住民族法律論述，並從理論基礎提出溝通對話的平台。(2)促進台灣法學理解法律對少數族群或弱勢團體的影響，並發展整體法治架構的剖析視角。(3)透過經驗與理論的來回思辨，開創台灣法社會學研究的理論視野，特別是將法律論述背後的理論納入關鍵核心。(4)以台灣原住民族法律的研究成果作為案例，將之放在國際文獻的脈絡中進行討論，促進國際學術認識台灣研究的貢獻，以及強化相互交流。
