    Abstract: 牛牛小饕餐館是一個, 主打三種紅燒牛肉麵湯頭(原味, 番茄, 麻辣), 並販售其他可與牛肉湯搭配的主食如水餃, 小菜, 或飯後飲料的一個簡易複合式餐廳. 因為台北市人口密度高的關係, 餐廳的選址可以是靠近捷運站, 也可以是住宅區附近.
    因為在台北經營牛肉麵店是一門個非常競爭的生意, 產品的差異化顯得格外重要. 若在捷運站附近, 因應快速的人潮, 我們主打快速地內外供餐服務. 在住宅區附近, 我們主打在地經營, 並結合當地旅遊文化. 同時, 結合節日行銷活動(ex: 台北牛肉麵節), 數位化會員制度活動(ex: LINE app)並與外送平台合作, 來吸引來吸引距離較遠的客人.
    財務方面, 初始資金設定在210~280 萬, 並以長期經營的方式來營運, 6 ~ 8 年後可達到超過100萬的NPV價值
    Beef4Foodies is a casual, hybrid-style eatery that specializes in three types of braised beef noodle soups—Original, Tomato, and Spicy. The eatery also serves other main dishes that pair well with beef broth, such as dumplings, side dishes, and post-meal beverages. Due to the high population density in Taipei, location options include areas near MRT stations as well as residential neighborhoods.
    For the eatery opened near MRT stations, we focus on fast and efficient dine-in and take-away services to meet the needs of fast-moving commuter traffic.
    For the eatery opened near residential areas, we emphasize local community operation and integrate the area’s tourism and culture.
    At the same time, we incorporate seasonal marketing events (e.g., the Taipei Beef Noodles Festival), digital loyalty programs (via LINE app), and collaborations with food delivery platforms to reach a wider customer base.
    In terms of financial planning, the initial investment is estimated at NT$2.1–2.8 million with a long-term operational strategy. By years 6 to 8, the business is projected to achieve a Net Present Value (NPV) of over NT$1 million.
