    摘要: This business plan aims to introduce a brand-new concept for a golf driving range in the Taiwanese market. I have observed that most existing ranges in Taiwan are outdated, while the average age of golf participants is getting younger and younger. At the same time, younger generations are demonstrating increasing spending power, which means golf is no longer just a sport for the elderly or the rich — it's becoming a lifestyle embraced by all generations.
    Taiwan also has a vibrant nightlife culture—weekends are often spent gathering with friends and family, enjoying drinks and chilling. These social elements align perfectly with the game of golf. Therefore, my goal is to create a luxurious yet laid-back venue that seamlessly combines recreation, entertainment, and lifestyle.
