    Abstract: 隨著全球製造業環境劇烈變遷,供應鏈管理已成為企業競爭力之關鍵。台灣鋁擠型產業自1960年代發展以來,歷經多次產業轉型與應用領域擴展,面對綠色永續、智慧製造與國際市場重組等挑戰。中小企業在資源有限情況下,如何調整供應鏈結構與營運模式,成為亟需關注之議題。
    本研究以A公司為例,透過個案分析法,系統性探討該公司自1984年至2024年間,歷經經銷代理、垂直整合製造與品牌創新三階段供應鏈轉型歷程,分析各階段面臨之環境變化、管理挑戰與應對策略,並檢視轉型過程中的應用與效益。
    研究結果顯示,A公司透過資源重配置、技術升級與產業聯盟,成功因應市場變動與國際趨勢,逐步建構具市場彈性與高附加價值之供應鏈體系,並強化轉型韌性與競爭優勢。最後,提出供應鏈管理實務建議,期能作為中小型製造業推動供應鏈轉型與永續經營之參考依據。
    With the rapid transformation of the global manufacturing environment, supply chain management has become a critical factor in enhancing corporate competitiveness. Since its development in the 1960s, Taiwan’s aluminum extrusion industry has undergone multiple industrial transitions and expanded its application fields, while facing challenges such as green sustainability, smart manufacturing, and the restructuring of globe markets. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), how to adjust their supply chain structure and operational models under limited resources has become a crucial issue.
    This study adopts a case study methodology, taking Company A as an example to systematically examine its supply chain transformation process from 1984 to 2024. The analysis focuses on three key stages: distribution agency, vertically integrated manufacturing, and brand innovation. The study explores the environmental changes, managerial challenges, and responsive strategies in each stage, while also assessing the applications and benefits derived from these transformations.
    The research findings indicate that Company A successfully responded to market fluctuations and international trends through resource reallocation, technological upgrades, and industrial alliances. The company gradually established a supply chain system characterized by market flexibility and high added value, thereby enhancing its transformation resilience and competitive advantage. Finally, practical recommendations for supply chain management are proposed, aiming to serve as a reference for SMEs in promoting supply chain transformation and sustainable operations.
