    Title: 新北市國小校長教練式領導、教師正念、教師工作投入之研究
    A study of relationships among elementary school principals’ coaching-based leadership, teachers’ mindfulness and teachers’ work engagement in New Taipei City

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討新北市公立國小學教師知覺校長教練式領導、教師正念及教師工作投入之現況、於不同背景變項間之差異情形、相關性與預測力;並分析教師正念在校長教練式領導與教師工作投入之間是否具有中介效果。
    本研究採用問卷調查法,以便利抽樣之方式,共計抽樣36所學校,回收540份問卷,經資料檢視與剔除無效問卷後後,保留510份有效問卷,資料分析採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、PLS偏最小平方法等方式進行統計與驗證。
    根據本研究結果,可歸納出以下結論:
    一、新北市國民小學教師知覺校長教練式領導、教師正念及教師工作投入皆為中高程度知覺。
    二、新北市國民小學教師知覺校長教練式領導在「性別」及「擔任職務」具有顯著差異。
    三、新北市國民小學教師知覺教師正念在不同背景變項上皆無顯著差異。
    四、新北市國民小學教師知覺教師工作投入在「年齡」、「服務年資」及「擔任職務」具有顯著差異。
    五、新北市國民小學校長教練式領導、教師正念及教師工作投入間皆為正相
    關。
    六、新北市國民小學教師正念在校長教練式領導及教師工作投入之間具有部分中介效果。
    最後依據本研究結果提出具體建議,希冀能供教育行政機關和學校校長、教師及未來研究酌參。
    This study aimed to investigate elementary school teachers’ perceptions of principals’ coaching leadership, teacher mindfulness, and teacher work engagement in public elementary schools in New Taipei City. It further examined differences across demographic variables, the correlations among these variables, their predictive relationships, and whether teacher mindfulness plays a mediating role between principals’ coaching leadership and teacher work engagement.
    A questionnaire survey method was employed, and data were collected through convenience sampling from 36 schools, yielding a total of 540 responses. After screening and removing invalid questionnaires, 510 valid responses were retained. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).
    The findings of this study led to the following conclusions:
    1.Teachers in New Taipei City public elementary schools perceived principals’ coaching leadership, teacher mindfulness, and work engagement at moderately high levels.
    2.Significant differences in perceptions of principals’ coaching leadership were found based on gender and job position.
    3.No significant differences were observed in teacher mindfulness across demographic variables.
    4.Significant differences in work engagement were found in relation to age, years of service, and job position.
    5.Principals’ coaching leadership, teacher mindfulness, and teacher work engagement were all positively correlated.
    6.Teacher mindfulness partially mediated the relationship between principals’ coaching leadership and teacher work engagement.
    Based on these findings, practical recommendations are proposed for educational authorities, school principals, teachers, and future researchers.
