    Title: 從世界媒體經濟研討會看媒體管理研究趨勢

    Abstract: 在國內，隨著媒體的轉型與發展，越來越多學者從事媒體管理研究。傳播科系 中，各系也陸續開設媒體管理課程，顯示國內對媒體經營管理愈加重視。然而，\\r 「媒體管理」、「媒介經濟學」研究，早在國外已發芽成長，1994 年便陸續定期舉\\r 辦「世界媒體經濟」研討會，邀集世界各地專研「媒體管理研究」的學者專家，發 表學術論文。今年第五屆「世界媒體經濟」研討會才在芬蘭舉行，研討會中學者及 業界關心的議題及媒體管理研究的發展趨勢，正反映出全球媒體發展及媒介經濟研 究的大趨勢。 今年的「世界媒體經濟」研討會，邀集了包括亞洲、歐美等25 個國家的媒體 管理學者專家與會，台灣共有四位學者發表論文，包括政大廣電系教授劉幼琍、師 大傳播研究所副教授陳炳宏、元智大學資訊傳播系副教授王婷玉、銘傳大學傳播學 院副教授麥莉娟。此次研討會發表論文多集中在媒體競爭、經營策略、市場結構、 媒體整合、經營績效、媒體產能、人力資源管理等主題，顯示了全球媒體管理研究 的走向，及學者專家關心的議題的轉變。在理論方面，學者將管理學、財務管理、 資訊管理、會計理論運用在媒體管理研究上，顯示媒體管理研究的理論基礎，更趨 向於商管的專業理論、加上媒體產業特質，也將更明顯走出媒體管理研究的特色。 本文希望透過作者參與大會的觀察，分析未來媒體管理研究的趨勢，以提供國 內學者專家參考。
