Abstract:	全球暖化與氣候變遷，已經為當今全人類所需共同面對與適應之重要任務。二○一五年十二月十一日，聯合國氣候變遷綱要公約（United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change; UNFCCC）第二十一次締約方大會在巴黎舉行，通過後京都時期重要的新國際文件「巴黎協議」（Paris Agreement）。該協議在二○一六年十月五日達到生效簽約國數，而自二○一六年十一月四日起正式生效。
