Introduction: 民國五十年奉教育部核准增設法律學系。法律研究所則於民國五十七年成立初設碩士班，博士班則於民國六十八年創辦。近年因工商業發達法治進步，公司企業及政府行政部門均亟需專業法律人才，故於民國六十五年起分為三組授課:其中法學組以培養法學研究及司法實務從業人員為目標；財經法組以培養財經法專業人才為目標；法制組則以訓練承擔行政法律工作的人才為目標。法律學系
