Title:	華人組織中的犬儒主義：理論建構與實證分析

Abstract:	本研究主要目的在探討犬儒主義的前置變項（antecedents），進一步驗證組織犬儒主義的構念效度。本研究以台灣企業326 位員工及大陸台商企業255員工為樣本，研究結果發現個人層次（組織挫折經驗、自我監控及工作壓力）、團體層次（主管不當對待及同事關係）及組織層次（工作特徵及組織文化）等變項皆為組織犬儒主義之前置因素，即這些前置因素皆與組織犬儒主義有顯著的關聯性。
