    Title: 盈餘預測實證研究

    Abstract: 盈餘預測在過去廿年來發展快速，無論從理論及研究方法觀點來看，均對財務會計研究造成重大影響。本文之主要宗旨在綜合討論此類研究之基本概念、主要問題、及研究方法。同時經由最近數篇有關論文之探討中幫助讀者來認識盈餘預測之最新思潮及未來之可能走向。盈餘預測依其來源可分類為:(一)時間數列之預測，(二)財務分析師之預測，及(三)公司管理人員之預測。時間數列預測一方面因受數據取得及統計技術之限制，另一方面因其準確度不盡理想，近年來已無法在預測研究上扮演主要角色。財務分析師之預測因其較高準確性並且有豐富之行為及誘因特質，已成為目前預測研究之重點。藉著數篇論文我們可瞭解財務分析師如何反映財務資料，及投資人之行為與分析師預測間之關係。企業經理人之預測在美國乃屬自發性揭露，因此瞭解經理人主動揭露之誘因成為研究之重點。國內因此項預測已屬強制性，在研究主題之發掘上應有較多之選擇。
