Title:	台湾の高校生と大学生が求める日本語教師像台灣的高中生和大學生所期待「好的日語教師」之行動特質 Empirical Research on Characteristics of Behaviors of Outstanding Japanese Language Teachers: Taiwanese High School and University Students

Abstract:	本研究の目的は、台湾の高校生と大学生が求める日本語教師像の全体的な特徴を、教師の行動特性の観点から解明することである。先行研究で明らかになった11大学の学習者1097名が求める日本語教師像を踏まえ、本研究では18高校の学習者を対象に質問紙調査を行い、1154名の回答を分析した。結果、高校生．日本語専攻の大学生．非日本語専攻の大学生を比較したところ、3群の学習者が求める日本語教師像として資格．指導経験を共通して求めていることが明らかになった。それに加え、高校生は熱心で楽しい授業態度を持っている教師を、日本語専攻の大学生は学習者の情意面に配慮できる教師を、非日本語専攻の大学生は思いやりのある態度で接してくれる教師を、それぞれ求めていることが示された。また、高校生．大学生を問わず、専攻の学習者の視点からは、「教師の人間関係構築力」が重要であるのに対し、非専攻の学習者の視点からは、「教師の教室経営力」が重要であることが示唆された。さらに、高校生も大学生も学習年数によって教師に求める資質．能力が異なっているものの、日本語学習の初期段階であればあるほど教師への依存度が高く、教師に対してより多くの資質．能力を求めていることが分かった。本研究的目的是從教師的行動特質之觀點，來探討台灣的高中生和大學生所期待「好的日語教師」應具備的行動特質之全貌。根據先行研究所闡明的11所大學1097名大學生所期待「好的日語教師」之行動特質為基礎，本研究再進一步以18所高中的高中生為研究對象進行了問卷調査，並分析了1154名高中生的問卷數據。比較高中生、日語專攻的大學生、以及非日語專攻的大學生對「好的日語教師」之想法得知，3群學生皆認為教師需擁有日語教育相關資格以及教學指導經驗。除此之外，高中生認為教師還需具有樂於教學且富熱忱的教學態度；日語專攻的大學生則認為教師還需能夠顧慮到學生的情緒；而非日語專攻的大學生則認為教師還需以溫柔體貼的態度來對待學生。接著，比較結果也發現無論是高中生或大學生，日語專攻的學生皆認為「教師的人際溝通能力」相當重要；而非日語專攻的學生則皆認為「教師的班級經營能力」相當重要。此外，高中生和大學生雖然都隨著學習年數之不同，對「好的日語教師」的期待有所不同，但越是在日語學習的初期階段，對教師的依賴程度越高，期待教師的資質與能力也相對地比較多。 This study examined the characteristics of behaviors of outstanding Japanese language teachers from the student s` view points. Based on the prior study of how 1097 students` at 11 Taiwanese universities expected Japanese language, this study focuses on analyzing the questionnaires from 1154 students at 18 Taiwanese senior high schools as the subject. After comparing the viewpoints from the three groups: students in senior high, university Japanese majors and non-majors, the consensuses are that a good Japanese teacher should have expertise and experiences. Besides, teachers` kind attitude and diligence are necessary from senior high. University majors request concerning from teachers, and those non-majors expect teachers to be considerate to students. Regardless of various years in learning, Japanese major s think teachers should have good interpersonal relations and communication skills; non-majors think the classroom management skills are essential. Though their expectations differ due to various learning years , students in beginning-level highly rely on teachers` professional knowledge and teaching techniques.
