    Title: 雜誌讀者閱讀動機與滿足之研究－以「婦女雜誌」讀者為研究對象

    Abstract: 自台灣光復之後，雜誌事業發展得極為迅速，而讀者想看些什麼，是編輯需思考的大問題。根據傳播學者近來的研究發現，人們接觸媒介，主動的需求遠大於被動的接受。本文即以此為出發，研究以特定群體為對象的《婦女雜誌》讀者在閱讀雜誌時的動機及其滿足程度。

    在問卷設計上，除了受試者的個人資料外，還納入了「親身影響」、「媒介接觸」、「親身接觸」、「閱讀動機」、「滿足程度」、「親和動機」與「成就動機」等變項。

    從本研究的發現，可以歸納出一句結論：「讀者個人背景不同，閱讀動機就不一樣；縱然閱讀動機一樣，讀後的反應也未必相同」。資料顯示，女性閱讀可提供立即性滿足材料的動機較高，而對可提供遲延性滿足的材料則較易感到滿足，但在接觸性閱讀動機和逃避性閱讀動機方面，性別因素並未構成顯著差異。

    而教育程度、年齡、婚姻狀況、家中人口數、媒介接觸、親身接觸、成就動機等因素皆與滿足程度有相關性，經濟力則是與閱讀動機有相關，但職業與親身影響兩因素與閱讀動機和滿足的相關性在本研究中未獲得證實。
