Title:	異屬傳播對影響中國醫師採用新藥的功能

Abstract:	本文旨在分析醫生採用新藥的過程，以探究傳播者和受播者的屬性究竟是傾向「同屬」或「異屬」才能產生較大的傳播效果。本研究的結果顯示：(1)當一個推廣新事物活動具有異屬傳播的特點(專家資格)又有同屬傳播的特點(讓受播者安心)，將會獲得最大的傳播效果；(2)醫生雜誌對醫生採用新藥的影響力不在雜誌本身，而是替醫學雜誌撰文的作者；(3)醫生社交圈的醫生朋友的採用新藥經驗，會比醫學雜誌提供更大的安全感。然而，醫生間似乎沒有談論醫藥問題的習慣，因而在親身傳播新藥方面沒有影響力；(4)醫學雜誌對於醫生採用新藥的影響力，在於醫學雜誌同時具有「同屬」與「異屬」傳播的效力。
