    Title: 傳播內容編排與受播者創造力對傳播效果影響之研究

    Abstract: 本文旨在分析「傳播外」的因素(傳播內容的編排方式)與「傳播內」的因素(受播者創造力)兩者對傳播效果的影響。本文指出，會選擇「傳播內容的編排方式」作為研究變項，是為了針對傳播之實務需要及配合大眾傳播的特性。本文是採用「實驗法」進行分析，研究結果顯示：(1)「前導架構式的導言」具有清晰性、含括性、摘要性，因此能在受播者的認知結構中發揮錨釘作用，進而幫助他們對外在訊息的處理、增加訊息回憶量及保存量；(2)創造力越高的受播者其組織訊息的能力越好。因此，創造力及導言結構相輔相成，而當面對不同創造力的受播者，好的前導架構導言能有效地提高傳播效果。
