Title:	大眾傳播對人類生活之重大影響

Abstract:	本文在說明大眾傳播對人類生活的影響，包括大眾傳播對生活素質之積極貢獻、消極汙染以及大眾傳播本身應該做出哪些改變。針對大眾傳播的發展，本文做出以下建議：(1)國家不能坐視：國家不能坐視大眾傳播事業基於盈利動機而汙染大眾生活之素質；(2)受道德之約束：不論是新聞記者、演員、電視節目製作人、電視評論員，都要追求「真實」、「公平」；(3)集體監督、集體制裁：社會的集體監督、民眾的集體制裁，可以提高傳播事業的素質；(4)加強新聞評議會的功能：新聞自律，是最民主、最合理的制度；(5)杜絕不良廣告：各報數萬字的小廣告，包括了許多不可告人之事，對青年男女、社會風氣汙染最大。
