    Title: 漁業安全衛生及職業災害補償之探討

    Abstract: 當漁業勞動者的職業災害死亡率是數倍於一般行業平均的死亡率時，稱漁業工作是最危險的職業之一似乎並不為過。因此，如何確實保障漁業勞動者的生命安全，實屬當務之急。據此，本研究的目的即在提醒對於漁業勞動者職業安全衛生的重視。因為，唯有將危害勞動者生存和生命安全的因素加以排除，勞動者的工作權才能獲得最基本的保障。總而言之，本研究認為，基於尊重生命價值的理念，為了維護工作場所的安全衛生和創造一個免於職業災害發生的工作環境，必須要遵守以下五項的安全衛生法則：第一、資方對於職業災害的預防具有使命感(Management Commitment)；第二、勞方能參與安全衛生工作的規劃與執行(Employee Involvement)；第三、危險物的標示與管理(Hazard Identification and Control)；第四、政府的監督與管理(Audits)；和第五、教育與訓練(Education and Training)，以強化安全衛生的觀念與行為。
