    Abstract: 本文旨在說明傳播媒體與文化生態面臨的問題。首先,本文指出文化傳統和媒體企業之間的「精神關係」,是因為媒體人太不重視其擁有的「平衡權利」,因此才日漸流於庸俗化、大眾化,缺少先知與前瞻,造成了嚴重的「文化扭曲」。其次,有些媒體還是受人尊敬的,例如BBC的戲劇節目、泰晤士報的文學增刊、法蘭克福廣知報的Feuilleton專欄。最後,本文認為文化生態的問題是:「流行文化」與「大眾文化」過份氾濫,而「精緻文化」與「民俗文化」過份偏頗。此外,有權力的人和思想、意見領袖「大多」缺少想法,更少做法,而任由商業文化猛向傳統文化灌衝。
