Abstract:	本文從剖析次貸危機的成因出發，深入探討了次貸危機擴散機理，提出了次貸危機傳導的3種路徑，並在此基礎上分析了此次危機的發展走向。最後，總結了次貸危機給我國帶來的宏觀調控啟示。2007年3月，美國新世紀金融公司的瀕臨破產引爆了次貸危機。此次風波不僅影響到了全球大型金融機構、對沖基金、商業地產，同時由於次級債被行銷到全球，全球經濟體也受到了程度不同的波及。股市動盪、市場投資者信心嚴重受損，多方面的問題集聚到一起，美國經濟開始增長疲軟，世界經濟也開始被拖入調整週期。至此，次貸危機已演變為美國金融史甚至是全球金融史上最嚴重的危機之一。然而，我們最為關心的是，此次風波發生的根源和擴散的機理究竟是什麼，其未來的走向究竟如何，對我國宏觀調控有哪些啟示。本文將分四個部分針對這些方面著重研究：一是認真地剖析次貸危機的成因；二是深入探討次貸危機的擴散機理；三是研究次貸危機的發展走向；四是總結次貸危機對我國宏觀調控帶來的啟示。
