| Abstract: | 本研究從攻守紀錄表、比賽影片、教練訪談，經過整理、分析和歸納後，將結果進行總括性的詮釋，結果發現，政治大學二位外籍生，出場時間37分鐘，在籃板球、阻攻有很好的表現，在中鋒位置彌補本國球員的不足，教練在調度上以一位外籍生搭配4位本國球員，外籍生也成功的融入政治大學的攻守體系，扮演分工的角色。世新大學三位外籍生，出場時間79分鐘，在3分球、罰球、籃板球、助攻、阻攻、抄截有良好的表現，教練在調度上以2至3位外籍生搭配本國球員，球隊的攻守體系是以外籍生為主體。外籍生加入大專籃球聯賽是不可避免的趨勢，為了符合學生運動的精神與公平性，建議大專籃球總會外籍生註冊、上場不可超過二位。只要做好適度的規範，外籍生的加入，增加比賽的強度與對抗性，本國球員提早適應國際化的比賽，對於大專籃球的發展是利大於弊。
The study was based on data collecting from basketball game records, videos, and coach interviews, through sorting, analyzing, and summarizing to collaborate the comprehensive interpretation of this investigation. The finding suggests that two of NCCU (National Chengchi University) foreign players have outstanding performances of block shots and rebounds after 37 minutes played. As for the player arrangement, teaming one foreign player with four local players and the foreign player as the Center, can complement the weakness of local players. The foreign players have integrated successfully into the overall defensive and offensive strategy and have played their roles effectively. SHU (Shih Hsin University) consists of three foreign players, after 79 minutes played, the player performances, including three-point line, free throw, rebound, assist, block shot and steal are outstanding. The player arrangement constitutes two to three foreign players and local players, the overall defensive and offensive strategy is focused on foreign players. It is an inevitable trend for foreign students to join the university basketball leagues. To meet the Sports Spirit and the fairness of the game, it is recommended to the Chinese Taipei University Sports Federation to limit the quantity of foreign players, maximum of two players, registered and on court. With adequate regulation, the joining of foreign players, would not only enhance the game strength and resistance but also advance the preparation of local players for international basketball games. For the development of the University Basketball League, the advantages of the recommendation would outweigh the disadvantages. |
