Abstract:	本文就2020年底甫底定的中歐全面投資協定文本，進行初步的介紹與分析。從談判歷史、中歐立場、美國態度開始，理解CAI如何、為何可以談判完成。就CAI之主要內容部分，本文亦就相關於市場准入、公平競爭、國有企業、永續發展、勞工與環境、爭端解決機制等，全面性進行討論。最後，本文就CAI中歐雙方之互惠與妥協後，具體簽署與生效究竟還有哪些困難與障礙進行分析，並展望CAI生效後的中歐與世界經貿局勢與法制。
