    Title: 電子零組件通路商組織設計之研究-基本流程單位與軸線觀點之應用

    Abstract: 過去有關電子零組件通路商之研究,其議題大多環繞於廠商之競爭策略、核心競爭力、產業關鍵成功因素,以及供應鏈…等,其中有以量化的問卷方式進行,也有以個案方式撰寫者。然,有關電子零組件通路商內部組織設計方式之研究則付之闕如,因而引發本研究之興趣。而傳統上針對組織設計或組組織結構之理論或研究,多從組織整體的觀點出發,將組織結構加以歸類成某種一般性的型態,如「機械式組織」、「有機式組織」、「功能式組織」、「事業部組織」、「矩陣式組織」、「混合式組織」…等。然此種組織結構的研究方法,對於組織領導人日常在思考組織結構之調整時,事實上並不具有實際的行動指引作用,因為組織結構之調整通常不會是大規模的變動,而是因應某些因素的變化所導致某些單位之增設或變動,此乃傳統組織設計或組織結構理論難以處理的議題。因此,本研究採取學者司徒達賢(2005)所提出「基本流程單位」或「最小工作單位」之觀念,從工作單位的角度出發,研究電子零組件通路商自成立至今組織設計之相關議題,並獲致理論面及實務面之研究結論,就理論方面,本研究認為使用工作單位及軸線觀點進行組織設計之研究,與傳統理論相較之下,具有簡單明瞭、見樹亦見林,以及具有實務操作性等特性。而實務面針對電子零組件通路商進行研究後則獲致以下幾項結果:一、組織工作單位之增設與外界整合對象密切相關;二、「科技的特性」影響六大管理元素對工作單位主軸之選取的相對重要程度;三、「各項目標的相對重要程度」為公司選取不同主軸之重要影響因素;四、組織分化後之整合與再整合成本亦影響組織各工作單位主軸之選取。
