Abstract:	洪誠訓詁學提到「在一個句子裡面，一個字只表示一種意義，不能同時表示兩種不同的意義」的原則。本文根據此一原則，嘗試利用訊詁學的方法，輔之以古文字學的研究成果，對於黃壽祺、張善文周易譯註中的譯註，提出一些看法。本文所述內容與周易經、傳的性質無涉，乃就本文的文句立論。另一方面本文非對周易的說解提出新說，亦非指出筆者認為周易譯註中的具體說解是否切合周易文本，而是提供判準周易說解的方法。消極方面，可以讓吾人在讀周易相關譯註著作時，分辨出未合此一訓詁原則的說解之處；積極方面，也提供譯註周易的學者這個不能不關注的訓詁原則。
