    Abstract: 戴震著述甚豐，治學範圍亦甚廣。《屈原賦注》是戴震的治學方法在研究文學作品上的充分體現。本計劃擬闡述在樸學的文獻主義風氣下，戴震如何通過「離詞──考據」，小學訓詁，稽古鉤沉；「辯言──文章」，審其結構，考其性情；以及「聞道──義理」，索解意圖，抉闡心曲三者，勾聯出複雜章句背後可能或本應存在的屈原「本意」，藉此，反照自身，闡明心志，以資自勵。俾以說明《屈原賦注》在「楚辭學史」的價值與定位，並且，証明晚年所著的《孟子字義疏証》的哲學觀點，早已在年青時期所著的《屈原賦注》中稍見端倪，標誌著戴震思想的一貫發展，而研究戴震者實不應忽視此書。
