    Abstract: 在勞動基準法註釋之整合型計畫下，本子計畫之研究範圍與重點主要是有關基礎理論與附則的部分，共分三年逐步進行下列事項之研究：勞動法之概念與形成、勞動法基本思考與體系、勞動法法源、國際勞動法與法律衝突、勞動法之貫徹與執行、勞動基準法性質、勞工之概念、僱主之概念、事業單位之概念、勞動基準法適用對像、勞動基準法主管機關、勞動保護基本原則、勞動基準法之規範作用、勞動基準法之監督與檢查、勞動基準法罰則。
