    Title: 互動公平性與互惠性對策略聯盟夥伴關係資本的影響─不確定性的干擾效果

    Abstract: 策略聯盟已被視為廠商兼顧快速成長與獲取核心競爭力的重要方式之一,因此策略聯盟逐漸成為常見的廠商投資方式之一,但策略聯盟卻有極高的失敗率,策略聯盟的成功因素成為學者研究的重點,其中聯盟夥伴間的關係也被視為策略聯盟能否成功的重要因素,因此許多學者開始探討聯盟關係資本的前置因素。
    然而過去探討策略聯盟夥伴關係資本前置因素的研究,大多以社會資本理論與關係治理觀點為主,探討聯盟夥伴間互賴程度、合作頻率與互相了解的程度對雙方關係資本的影響。但雙方互動過程中的行為或態度,也會對其關係資本有所影響,因此本研究乃採取社會交換理論的觀點,探討雙方在互動過程中的互動公平性與互惠性對雙方關係資本的影響。此外,本研究並嘗試從聯盟治理的角度,探討聯盟的治理對聯盟雙方關係資本的影響,希望能透過不同角度的探討,更有助於了解社會交換理論對關係資本的重要性。最後由於本研究強調廠商在互動過程中對彼此的正面看法或評價,而廠商對彼此的評價並非在獨立的環境下所進行的,而是在各種不確定情況下評估,因此本研究加入不確定性的干擾效果,試圖更精確了解互動公平性與互惠性對聯盟雙方關係資本的影響。
    本研究針對台灣三大科學園區執行策略聯盟的廠商為樣本,分別針對廠商與其聯盟夥伴發放問卷,共回收129組配對問卷,採用階層迴歸驗證假設,並針對達顯著水準的交乘項繪製交互作用圖。研究結果顯示,互動公平性與互惠性對策略聯盟廠商的關係資本有正向影響,而廠商在不確定性的情況下,所表現出來的互動公平性與互惠性也有正向加強作用,顯示聯盟廠商在合作過程中,所表現出的公平性與互惠性有助於雙方關係資本的增長;而在不確定性較高的情況下,此種增長的程度也將會有大幅提升。
