Title:	由地方智慧資本看創意城鄉之經營與發展---由地方智慧資本指標調查看台灣創意城鄉之國際競爭力

Abstract:	有關台灣創意城鄉指標編制的文獻相當有限，大多為討論國外創意成市的相關文獻，雖然也有少數研究學者也曾試著編制台灣專屬的創意城市指標，但較缺乏團隊小組，能夠互相討論、彼此激勵，以產生真正適合台灣，並且能做為其依據的指標構面，本研究先將各國創意城市指標彙整之後，經過歸納討論、訪談和德菲法問卷調查，藉以蒐集專家、學者對於台灣創意城鄉指標初步編制之建議，得到的研究結果，大致可區分為三點： 1.文創人才指標具備台灣文創人才之因素 2.文創城鄉基盤能夠做為台灣文創支持程度之依據 3.文創服務、家庭收支分配應列於文創消費、商品國際競爭力指標中本研究主要藉由訪談和德菲法問卷調查，以蒐集專家及學者對於台灣創意城鄉指標初步編制之建議和看法，然而當地居民對於其指標的認同度，均未納入於本研究的研究範疇。因此，為能深入瞭解專家、學者，甚至是國內城鄉居民對於台灣創意城鄉指標編制的建議及看法，期望納入後續研究發展。
