    Abstract: 研究發現，台灣地區名之為“部分工時”的工作，有著工時過長、工作時段不確定、工作穩定性低的特質，因此部分工時型態，無法有效緩和勞工所面臨的家庭與工作的困境；其次，部分工時工作具有雙面性，在提供更多就業機會的同時，也可能是個陷阱，特別對女性而言，因為部分工時工作的勞動條件低劣，社會安全保障不足，且回復全職的機會有限；更嚴重的是，部分工時工作撼動不了傳統性別規範，致使女性仍承擔主要的家庭照顧責任，且經濟依賴的處境仍持續存在，女性的從屬地位亦無翻轉的可能。
