Abstract:	A、B係C之法定繼承人，C於二○一一年七月一日死亡後，留有遺產甲地一筆。A於同年八月一日委請B辦理甲地繼承登記事宜，並交付身分證及印鑑章。詎B於辦理繼承登記時，同時申請分別共有之登記，復以買賣為名，將A所有甲地應有部分二分之ㄧ，申請移轉登記為其所有，並於同年月十五日辦畢登記。嗣A於同年九月一日發現上情，屢次請求B移轉登記，回復為A所有，B均藉故拖延，試問：A應如何主張權利？
