    Abstract: 服務業科技化已成為我國產業政策的推廣重點，行政院科技顧問組啟動「科技化服務業旗艦計畫」，希望藉由科技來帶動服務業全球化的能量。且在面臨老年化與少子化趨勢，以及慢性病成為國人與企業不可預測的威脅下，工研院服務科技應用研究中心即推動以「遠距醫療服務」為概念的「企業員工健康促進與管理」計畫，採取「主動式」的健康管理，為科技應用之重要典範。爰此，本文藉探討工研院個案的科技應用與創新服務模式，並專訪接受技術轉移的哈佛健診中心王欽堂執行長，以瞭解企業科技化的實際過程與轉變，以供服務業者進行科技化之參考。
