    Abstract: 一般認為在經濟全球化與改革開放的雙重衝擊下,中國大陸國家權威正在削弱中, 而慢慢自市場運作中退位,國家能力與自主性必定降低,但本文認為並不必然如此,國家的 發展與全球化進程是同步的,並且推動了後者的發展。中國大陸由於社會主義的實踐經驗與 東亞發展型國家模式的啟示,面對全球化的潮流,國家負有「防弊」與「興利」的功能,前 者是為防止因全球化所帶來的社會不穩定,後者為因應全球化的國際競爭而促進產業轉型與 升級。因而使得國家角色並未因全球化與改革開放而失色,而是以不同的形式發揮其作用。
