    摘要: 在比較臺北都會區與北京都會區人口密度空間結構變化的情形。Wang和 Zhou(1999)認為北京都會區有郊區化的現象 ,主要的原因來自經濟因素 ;臺北都會區基于財政經濟的原因 ,不但沒有郊區化現象 ,反而有集中化情形 ,不過從長遠觀點而言 ,仍會有郊區化傾向。最后針對集中化和郊區化的現象從成長管理觀點提出一些建議。
