Abstract:	本計畫之目的在於探討集團企業與產業成員所組成的制度環境，對企業海外投資的影響。以往的相關研究皆強調廠商能力變數、寡占產業或是集團企業內部網絡的效應，但本計畫援引制度環境的相關文獻，強調廠商的決策是會考量廠商之間所構成的制度環境，會受集團成員與產業成員的行動的影響而進行海外投資。具體說來，本計畫認為，廠商會為了尋求行動的正當性與避免不確定性，而跟隨集團成員與產業成員的腳步進行模仿性的海外投資。本計畫除了擴展制度環境理論對海外投資的解釋之外，還進一步提出集團企業與產業層次的制度環境的效果會受相關的因素所干擾(分別為集團成員間的上下游關係與產業中的選擇性模仿)；本計畫同時納入集團企業間多市場競爭的概念，以進一步解釋企業海外投資行為。本計畫之研究結果對企業與政府政策皆有涵意。
