    Abstract: 自上一世紀末基因改造食品上市以來，關於其食用安全性與對人體健康可能之影響，在科學上尚未有完全之定論。有鑑於此，歐盟從二○○三年就開始對於基改食品之流通進行規範，並為強制標示之要求，只要食品含有基改成分超過百分之○•九者即應標示，以確保消費者選擇之自由。此外，聯合國食品法典委員會(Codex Alimentarius)亦曾頒布對於基改食品風險評估之指導原則，雖然對於標示議題尚未有具體強制性之規範，但其下之食物標示委員會(Codex Committee on Food Labelling)亦曾於二○一一年做出相關草案建議。
