    Abstract: 蘇維埃文化建設是俄國社會主義革命的重要組成部分。在蘇維埃政權初期,紅色領袖列寧、斯大林和布哈林均以極大精力關注蘇聯的"文化革命"和"文化建設",但三者的思想認識和政策結果不盡相同。
    The construction of Soviet Culture is one of the most important parts in Russian Socialist Revolution.At the beginning of the Soviet political power,the red leaders: Lenin,Bukharin and Stalin,all paid great attention to Soviet "Cultural Revolution" and "Cultural construction".However,their thoughts differeded and policies varied.
