    Abstract: 2010年，兩岸簽訂經濟合作架構協議但仍有待後續協議之補充與實質化，而服務貿易協議簽定是之重要一環，但兩岸服貿協議簽訂卻引起台灣內部爭議甚至政治風暴，例如相關業者抗爭、媒體指責、反對黨的國會杯葛等等。本文擬先探討區域經濟整合現象，再分析台灣內部面對經濟整合的正反觀點，這可歸納為兩岸關係機會論或危機論之不同觀點，接著以最近的服貿協議為例，做利弊分析，結論則探討服貿風波引發的缺失與政策建議。在世界性的經濟整合風潮下，未來的經濟協議簽訂勢必繼續發生，若政府無法在此次的服貿協議爭議中取得教訓，台灣將繼續面臨政治紛爭從而降低政府公信力。
