    Abstract: 朱熹從學李侗,接續道南一脈修養法門,從摻雜佛道的路徑而歸於純粹,在儒學當中獲致生命的依歸,只可惜從學日短,無法瞭解默坐澄心之教,窮無所歸之際,旁求張栻傳湖湘之學,開展匯聚衆流的階段。在"道南"與"湖湘"學脈之中,朱熹頓悟"中和"之旨,納"察識"於"致知"之中,揭櫫程頤"涵養須是敬,進學則在致知"主張,"主敬"、"窮理"交相為用,確立一生學術方向。朱熹與張栻同(5論交,化解動静紛擾,究察日用功效,一生相互欣賞,二程歧異得以釐清,張栻的引介與啓發,居功厥偉,湖湘學脈也在朱熹與張栻的努力之下,得以轉折存續,留存於經典詮釋當中。兩位領袖人物,無嫌隙,無偏狹,整合歧異,以聖學為究竟,持平而公的態度,正是南宋儒學得以開拓的關鍵,也是《四書章句集注》義理詮釋的重要來源,列舉觀察,以供參考。
