Title:	年金保險之研究

Abstract:	年金保險，係採年金給付方式的保險制度。所謂年金給付方式，即定期性的給付，與一次給付方式有別。就其實質內容而言，乃對於被保險人遭遇老年、殘廢及死亡等事故時，藉提供定期性保險給付，以保障其本人及受益人未來生活安全之一種社會保險制度。蓋老年、殘廢、死亡三者，乃人類必然或可能遭遇之問題，其通性為勞務活動之終結，且具持續性，為保障被保險人或其遺屬之未來生活，採定期性之保險給付方式，實有必要。
