Abstract:	本研究旨在以創業資源取得的角度，來剖析網絡關係對創業家的影響。本研究發現新創事業的網絡關係確有動態的現象：創業初期，創業家會倚賴人際網絡（或說是關係的運作）以取得所需的資源，但隨著公司的知名度與名聲逐漸建立，創業家人際網絡的重要性將漸次被組織間網絡所取代。是故，當組織本身所累積的資源越多、聲譽與知名度越高，以人際網絡取得資源的必要性隨之降低。
