    Abstract: 電腦整合製造的興起偃然改變了傳統的製造觀念並成為未來的趨勢。就技術方面而言，以有許多公司成功地應用而成為所謂世界級的製造企業並被其他企業所模仿。然而在模仿的過程中許多負面的現象開始浮現，雖使用同樣的技術、同樣的系統，就是無法獲得同樣的效益，徒然浪費大量的人力、物力及企業寶貴的資源。因此，有些學者開始注意到，要成功地引進級運用電腦整合製造，除了技術方面的考量之外，還必須多項企業相關策略加以配合，才能使電腦整合製造的實施效益能臻極至。在諸多企業可行之組織管理活動當中，薪資制度的設計一向被認為是組織設計中極為關鍵的一環，因此，面對電腦整合製造的引進對於組織所造成的改變，薪資策略亦應當適切地加以配合。
