Title:	新上市股票與現金增資折價程度關聯性之研究

Abstract:	本研究主要係依據訊號發射理論之假說，對國內之股票發行市場進行實證分析，以及藉由國內外相關文獻之探討，歸納分析在國內股票發行市場中，新上市股票之密月期現象發生之原因，並以民國80∼85年在臺灣證券交易所上市並且在上市後有辦理現金增資之公司為研究對象，對其新上市股票之折價程度、公司發射的訊息對IPO折價程度有何影響，以及IPO折價程度對發行公司辦理現金增資之決策的影響等，以迴歸分析及變異數分析的方法進行實證研究。
