Abstract:	一個人的一生都與組織脫離不了關係。從出生開始，就在家庭之中成長茁壯，到就學年齡就到學校接受教育，就學時期，也參加各式的活動、社團，更長則進入社會，加入企業、政府、軍隊等組織。組織的成立都有其目的，參與的成員都希望能夠達到組織的目的，這與組織的「人」和「事」，有相當大的關連。
